Resplandor is a Netherlands-based shoegaze band formed in 1996, blending shoegaze with elements of post-punk and post-rock. Their latest albums, Tristeza and Pleamar, were produced by Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins) and mastered by Simon Scott (Slowdive).
Resplandor have opened for Slowdive and twice opened for The Cure, whilst also sharing the stage with The Jesus and Mary Chain amongst many other stellar international acts.
In 2025, Resplandor kicked off the year with sold-out shows in Amsterdam and Paris, followed by standout performances in Berlin, Rotterdam, Leiden, The Hague, Düsseldorf, Kraków, Katowice, Antwerp, Utrecht, Malmö, Copenhagen, and at the legendary Wave Gotik Treffen festival.
They also joined LSD and the Search for God for two memorable sold-out shows in Utrecht and Paris.
The band continues their EU Tristeza Tour in 2026, with upcoming headlining dates in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam.
