pรดt-pot are an Irish quintet based in Lisbon, Portugal. The band infuse the propulsive rhythms of krautrock with a phosphorescent psych-rock radiance, all underscored by harmonium drones, hypnotic vocal harmonies, and layers of rough-hewn texture. They deal in deep grooves and cooking listeners to completion.
They released their debut EP Ode To A in 2023, earning it a spot on The Thin Air's โBest of 2023โ list. โOde To A succeeds not just in the artistic practice of the avant-garde, but as piece of an engaging, genuinely psychedelic experimental drone rockโ - Stevie Lennox, The Thin Air. In April 2024, they released their second EP โGOING INSANEโ on cult Porto based label Socorro, with a limited vinyl run via Irelandโs beloved Blowtorch Records, receiving much critical acclaim.
2024-2025 has been a busy period for pรดt-pot, selling out shows across Ireland, UK and Portugal as well as support slots with MELTS (Fuz Club) and a series of sold-out shows in Vicar St., Dublin with The Mary Wallopers. In mid 2025, the band signed with LA-based Felte Records, with whom they released their debut album โWarsaw 480kmโ in September 2025.
Evolved primarily from demos by multi-instrumentalist and lead vocalist Mark Waldron-Hyden during a period of grief and personal upheaval, โWarsaw 480kmโ came to life through a series of live, full-band studio sessions that document an exceptional array of talents, unified in an embrace of raw catharsis that transforms deep pain into a luminous reverie.

Frankie Teardrop Dead began as a swirling collision of psychedelic rock and shadowed melody, born in the warehouse spaces of North London, shaped in Manchester, and now rebuilt in Cambodia. What started as a full band has evolved into a duo, stripped back to its core and driven by a sharper, more electronic pulse.
The project has always lived on the edges. Dreamy, gritty, and restless, it moves between haze and clarity, intimacy and momentum. Early releases drew heavily from psych and shoegaze, with vintage drum machines and analogue textures pulling the sound toward something darker and more physical. That tension remains, but it has sharpened.
Their latest release, Dรฉjร Vu, marks a turning point. A five track statement of intent, it reimagines earlier material through a new lens โ not as nostalgia, but as transformation. These songs arenโt revisions; they are familiar shapes rebuilt with synths, rhythm, and a renewed sense of purpose. The energy is tighter, more dance-leaning, and quietly hypnotic.
Thereโs a nocturnal quality running through everything now. Guitars drift and shimmer, electronics pulse with restraint, and melodies glow rather than explode. Itโs music shaped by movement, by distance, by the slow confidence of reinvention.
Now based in Cambodia, Frankie Teardrop Dead move forward with clarity and intent. This is a project unafraid to shed its skin โ two people carving a new path, one beat, one shimmer, one late-night spark at a time.
